Gerent Gives

Consultants
with a cause.

Positive change is at the root of everything we do.

We create tangible and lasting impact. When we’re not driving digital transformation, we’re giving back to our local communities and the world around us through meaningful work.

We’re always thinking of “a better way.” But that doesn’t stop at digital transformation. From volunteer days to donation matches, we implement positive change across the future of our children, education, health and wellness, the environment, and wildlife.

Gopi Ramineni, CEO

“If you’re fortunate enough to give back, it’s your responsibility to do so. It’s rewarding to focus on the causes that are so important to our team—but beyond that, we believe it is our duty to do what’s right.”

Mobilizing Our Mission

Giving back is part of our brand DNA.

Do it for the kids.

Children are the future. We give back to the children in our communities through initiatives that enhance education, connect them with nature, increase access to technology, and support their health and wellness.

UNICEF works with over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential from early childhood through adolescence. Our team supports this non-profit organization to help promote policies and expand access to services that protect all children.

There’s only one Earth.

Conservation is crucial, especially in today’s climate. We focus on nature and conservation by encouraging our employees to live green and partnering with nonprofit organizations like One Tree Planted.

This year, we planted nearly 1,000 trees to celebrate our 13th year anniversary. We’re proud to partner with OneTreePlanted.org, a non-profit organization that allows people around the world to plant trees at the cost of just $1 per tree. With so much deforestation occurring daily, we are committed to giving back to mother nature with the goal of planting 2,000 trees in 2021.

All species belong.

Protecting the planet means protecting all the animals who share our environment. That’s why we are proud to partner with the World Wildlife Fund to help support endangered species.

Gerent's Symbolic Species Adoption Program supports WWF's global efforts to protect endangered species and their habitats. Our donations help fight threats facing these animals and protect them from global warming and habitat loss. As part of this program, Gerent celebrates employee birthdays by adopting an endangered species on their behalf.

Everyone deserves wellness.

It’s good to give back.

Volunteering is the best way to understand the needs around us and the impact we can make.

Gerent encourages employee giving by matching contributions to our partner organizations. We want to inspire our employees to make positive change in our communities. To enable employees to support causes that matter most to them, we offer paid volunteer days off each year and for 2021, our team is collectively working towards achieving our 100-hour volunteer goal.

Inside Gerent

Ajay Kumar, Solution Architect

In March 2021, Ajay Kumar reached a special milestone of becoming the #2 Gallon Blood Donor at his 16th blood donation to the American Red Cross.

“Over 112k pregnant women in the U.S. need blood transfusions during pregnancy every year. Witnessing labor and delivery made me realize the pain and loss of blood women undergo during childbirth. What started as a small gesture to support pregnant women in 2011 grew into 18 donations to date, 16 of which were with Red Cross. Hats off to all women.”
