The third-largest life insurance company in the United States, New York Life was looking to undergo a digital transformation. The purpose of their transformation was to empower their 12,000 captive agents with CRM and digital selling tools on mobile, tablet, and desktop, as well as to digitize client fact find and need calculations processes. They also aimed to increase the effectiveness of their agent-driven prospecting with call scripting and list management.
