Initial Screening

We contact the strongest candidates for a quick call. This isn’t an interview – it’s just where we try to get a sense of who you are and whether we’re a good cultural fit.

Interview Series

This is where the fun begins! You’ll go through several interviews with Gerent’s senior leadership. It’s here that we assess your knowledge, skills, and experience on a deep level, while ensuring that you align well with the members of the team that you’ll be working with.

Final Decision

If you’ve made it through multiple interviews, congratulations! At this point, we come together to discuss which candidates are the best skill and cultural fit for Gerent. This round is always hard for us, because anyone who has made it this far likely has a lot of potential to succeed at Gerent.
